Curling on the Internet

This page provides a summarised, but by no means comprehensive, view of Curling and its history, as represented on the internet.

The Scottish Curling Trust is a registered charity (SC038043) founded on 17th November 2006. It was established in order to provide greater access to and preserve the history of the sport of curling.

An absolutely fascinating resource on the Trust website is a curling map of scotland showing all known and suspected historical sites of curling. Many of these locations are simply lost in the mists of time but the creators of this resource have illustrated their findings with reports from the time bringing them, briefly, back to life.
